• No parking on property – Many park spot near apartment
• Key loss fee (per set): 50€
• Be sure to turn OFF air conditioning and lights when you leave the apartment. Ensure windows are closed when you turn on AC
• Guests will be responsible for any costs incurred from damages they cause to the property or its contents or for anything they take from the property without the host’s permission.

Only guests who have booked and who have been registered can access to the house.

It’s required to inform me about the estimated arrival time in order to give you keys and do ID/passport registration according to italian law

Once your host confirms you the possibility of early check-in he will send you a request of payment. Early check-in involves a lot more work and sacrifice on this side.

If you arrive earlier than the check in time without the host’s permission, you will not be granted access.

If you stay past the checkout time without permission, you may be charged for an additional night.

I do not provide luggage storage at the house prior to check in/after check out.

According to italian laws, I have to register all guest’s Passports (extra UE citizens) or ID / Driver license (EU citizens).

I don’t charge any cleaning expenses but apartment has to be left tidy. In case the apartment will be left in unacceptable conditions, I may charge up to 100 €.

Recycle properly your garbage according to the table that you’ll find in the house

Full use of kitchen, clean after use and put used crockery in dishwasher

The use of towels is intended for personal hygiene.

It’s forbidden to take them outside the home and/or use them as beach towels.

DO NOT USE as make-up removal. Ruined towels will be charged 20€ each
