👤 Check-in will be done in person by the host as per Italian regulations and the meeting point will be at the home address indicated in the listing

⚠️​ The check-in time shown in the list is the time that the host is available to receive people in their accommodation.
It’s not intended in any way a hotel reception service. It’s required to inform me about the estimated arrival time in order to give you keys and do ID/passport registration according to italian law. ⚠️​

Check-out time is by 10

You do not need to strip your beds, launder linens.

While you are not expected to do a thorough cleaning, please be reasonable.

Rinse your dishes and cookware and place in the dishwasher. Do not leave filthy dishes or garbage strewn about. Clean up after major messes, spills and accidents or bring them to our attention.

 

Departure checklist:

  • Close and lock all windows
  • Ensure that all faucets are off
  • Turn off all lights
  • Ensure that all appliances are turned off
  • Triple check the house to ensure you have not left anything behind, including phone chargers, laptop cords, jewelry, passports, wallets, clothing, and toys
  • Pull front door shut behind you

 

If you want to requeste an earlier check-in time, please read this section carefully.

I will do my best to accommodate you, but can make no promises regarding early access unless I have guaranteed it with an additional charge.

Note that early check-in is rarely available during our peak summer season (between late May and early September) and around holidays.  Please set your expectations accordingly.

In the event that you will arrive in Maiori before the home will be ready for you, I offer two services:

  1. You can store your bags at the deposit luggage service in the town
  2. I will text you when the home is cleaned and ready for you.

I personally do not offer luggage storage and I have no way of handling it, the accommodation is private house and has no reception.
But you can use this new luggage storage service in Maiori.
